30cm tall post cut from 6mm MDF with 4 backboards for hanging. 3mm personalised fronts. Please provide text for bottom 2 layers, upto 4 lines, approx 1-2 words per line depending on character length, see images for ideal text.

If you prefer we can personalise all 4 with just names, one name per plaque maximum.
