To ensure maximum efficiency and quick dispatch times, we observe the following maximum order values:

  • UK Mainland: Up to £400 per order.

  • Northern Ireland: Up to £135 per order.

Why the limits? > Limiting order totals allows us to manage packaging sizes effectively. This makes our logistics more efficient and, most importantly, ensures your order is processed and shipped much quicker than traditional bulk shipments.

⚡ Urgent: Need a Rush Order?

Sometimes you need your blanks yesterday. To help you meet those tight deadlines, we now offer a Rush Service to fast-track your order through our workshop.

How to Request a Rush Order

Because our daily schedule fills up quickly, we cannot accept every rush request. To ensure we can meet your deadline, please follow these steps before checking out:

  1. Contact Us First: Send us a message to check our current capacity.

  2. Provide Details: Tell us exactly what you intend to order so we can assess if the turnaround is doable.

  3. Get the Green Light: Once we’ve confirmed we can fit you in, you may select the Rush Service option at checkout.You must checkout within the hour for us to process the order on time.


Important Service Details

  • Shipping: Rush orders include Royal Mail 24 delivery.

  • Guarantees: While we guarantee to dispatch your order as agreed, we cannot personally guarantee the performance of the postal service once it leaves our hands. 

  • Only put the requested items in your basket, if you add extra items in it may mean we cannot fullfill the rush order on time.
  • Unauthorized Rush Selection: If you select the Rush Service at checkout without prior agreement, we will do our best to process your order quickly, but we cannot guarantee a specific dispatch date. No refunds will be issued for the rush fee if it was selected without our prior approval.

Order Amendments & Add-Ons

Please double-check your basket before checking out. Because we process orders immediately to ensure the fastest possible delivery, we are unable to add to, cancel, or amend orders once they have been placed.

  • Collection Requests: If you select the “Collection” option and leave instructions to merge the items with a previous order, please note that we cannot facilitate this.

  • Refund Policy: In these instances, the order will be cancelled and refunded, less a £3.50 administration fee plus applicable transaction fees.

Once you receive a completed order email or your status online changes to completed you can collect your order from us.
