Cut from 3mm MDF the whole plaque measure 30cm wide. Can be painted or you can vinyl as shown. Do not use PVA for mdf to vinyl, use uhu or similar for a good bond.

There is a back plate as well as front and each letter block has its own slot to stand in. You can glue the backboard onto each plaque for strength if you prefer
