14x20cm dog head cut from 18mm MDF with 2 holes for either screwing to a wall or for hanging ribbon if you prefer to attach it that way. 1 metal hook supplied with 2 screws and marking holes for placement as shown. Can be personalised with the 3mm MDF name/names.
