Acrylic bending jig

This jig is for bending sublimation pieces. This jig is not glued, pva, wood glue or similar will work. You glue 5 pieces for the top and 5 matching pieces for the bottom, ensure they are flush. Once dried ensure edges are smooth. Sand down if you haven’t got it flush. I didn’t glue mine, I just used masking tape to hold together and it worked fine. The two blocks now form your jig. You can do 2 different curve shapes depending how you place the jig. Holds acrylic upto 25cm by 9cm. Ensure the heated blank is in the centre and not overhanging for best results, I simply took off the press with the paper and placed on the jig, put the extra block on top and left to cool for a minute.
